Appointments and reservations:

We welcome walk-in guests, however, Dream Land is a popular destination so we may not always be able to fit you in. We recommend calling in advance or scheduling online. Same day appointments may be made.

Cancellation:

A booked massage can be canceled by logging into your account on the website, or by calling the Dream Land. Please be aware of our late cancellation policy. We respectfully request at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your massage appointment. We charge 50% of the reservation made to the credit card on file to compensate our staff for missed wages when there is a last minute cancellation.

Late arrivals:

If you miss your appointment or arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled service start time, the service is automatically canceled and the full price of the scheduled service is charged to the credit card on file. To ensure a relaxing experience, and get the full benefits of the massage, we advise guests to arrive on time (or early) for all scheduled appointments.

Health concerns & communication:

Prior to your service, tell your therapist the areas in which to avoid due to any concerns or injuries. Our therapists are fully trained professionals who will ensure your treatment will benefit your body to its fullest. Please feel entirely comfortable with your therapist and be as open as possible when communicating any pains, injuries, pregnancies, or any requirements you may have or need to ensure your service is exceptional. 

Quiet zone:

We aim to create a safe and relaxing environment for our guests. Cell phones can be disruptive and are not encouraged. Although we do allow cell phones at Dream Land, we require that the phones be turned off or switched to silent mode upon check-in.

Membership Cancellation:

Members can cancel their membership at any time with 30-days written notice stating the desire to cancel. You may cancel in-person at the store or by sending an email.

Membership Unused Credits:

Unused massage credits will roll-over month-to-month as long as your membership is active. If you cancelled your membership, you will have 3 months from the date of cancellation to use any unused massage credits before they expire. No refunds are issued for unused credits.

Freeze Membership:

You can temporarily pause your Membership: You may freeze your membership up to three(3) months per contractual year.

Return Policy:

we accept returns in original condition (unused, undamaged and unopened in the original packaging) within seven days from the date of purchase.

Loss Personal property:

we shall not be liable for the disappearance, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including, among other things, money, jewelry, negotiable securities, and other items belonging to you or your guests.

HEROES DISCOUNT:

We celebrate all military veterans and servicemembers, police, firefighters, first responders, nurses, doctors and medical staff with 10% off , every day (with valid medical, state or federal service ID).
